About the Author: Richard Paracka

Richard Paracka is an accomplished author with a diverse and rich background. Before his military service, he earned an associate's degree in Computer Science and Accounting. During his six years in the United States Navy, Richard's unit was deployed to the Middle East twice, once to GITMO and once to Central and South America. Following his return to civilian life, he pursued higher education, completing undergraduate studies in History and Public Speaking in 1976, and later continuing his academic journey with a Master's Degree program in Theology and Church History. Richard currently resides in west-central Florida, where he is employed by a local community college. Married for over thirty-five years, he has two adult children. His previous publications include a fiction novel about Atlantis, inspired by his discovery of the real city and personal visits to the area, as well as several short stories and articles for a veteran's magazine.
